Through different collaborations with international companies, Rimec has gained experience in the processing of multi-material (e.g. rubber + plastic) and multicolored (e.g. transparent + red + black) injection molds. An example of this is the rotary, bi-component, and tri-component molds, and the most common conventional molds.

Constant collaboration with companies in the sector has allowed Rimec to grow its know-how about this innovative technology, engineered to inject plastic material on different components (fabrics, leathers, etc. )

We guarantee the construction of special molds through cutting-edge working methods and the latest generation machinery. These tools can produce twice as many products through a single injection phase, thanks to a double-deck press with equivalent closing force.
